Anonymous audience measurement (Matomo)
The site counts visits and page views with Matomo, hosted by our web agency (stats.agenceapi.fr). This measurement is anonymised: IP address truncated by two bytes, no user identifier, no cross-referencing with other processing, no data sharing. It falls under the CNIL consent exemption and therefore loads without waiting for your choice. It sets the two cookies listed in the table above. You can opt out at any time; your browser's Do Not Track setting is honoured.

Third-party content
The Google Maps map and the Matterport 3D tour only load after you click. The Zenchef booking and Shotgun ticketing widgets open at your request. These services may then set their own cookies: please read their privacy policies.

Use of the personal data collected
Apart from cookies, the other personal data used by LA TERRASSE OSPREY is the data you provide to us when you get in touch (forms at the bottom of some pages or on the “Contact” page).
LA TERRASSE OSPREY considers that the Client’s personal data, that is first name, surname, job title, company, city, postcode, telephone number and email address, together with any data communicated on the site through the contact form, constitute confidential data.
